BSLC Room Reservation Requests & Pritzker School of Medicine TimePortal Calendar Requests

This REDCap form serves two specific purposes:

Requesting BSLC Rooms
AND/OR
Posting your event to the All-Pritzker-Events Timeportal Calendar*

The room is not officially reserved until you receive an email confirmation.

*New All-Pritzker-Events Timeportal Calendar (sync-able to outlook/mac/google calendars & private to Pritkzer community) is meant to replace the previously used public UChicago website - Pritzker Events Calendar.

BSLC spaces are 'free' to Pritzker events (no base rental fee), and would only be charged for additional set up requirements / equipment rental.
